2nd Meadowgrass Music Festival!

For those needing directions
to La Foret (6145 Shoup Rd Colo Springs) for the tournament... I-25 south to exit 156A North Gate Rd, east to Hwy 83
about 2 miles; turn right (south) on Hwy 83, then left (east) on Shoup Rd (about 3.5 miles). La Foret is on the right: look
for the La Foret sign.
From the south on I-25, exit 153 Interquest Parkway, east over interstate to Hwy 83 about
2 miles, curving around north to Shoup Rd. Right (east) on Shoup about 3.5 miles.
Friday check-in and doubles
meeting at the historic Ponderosa Lodge. Sat am check-in and breakfast/player meeting at the dining hall. For those staying
on site the dining hall is open at 7:00 if you need that morning coffee. Meeting is at 8:00 with first round at 9:00. You'll
have time to get to the course and practice after breakfast/meeting before the round starts. Remember, breakfast IS part of
your player's pack, so catch the breakfast buffet.

Black Forest entrance is dummy locked. Please close the gate behind you coming and going. Thanks.

Important Information: All tournament access is through the La Foret camp main entrance at 6145 Shoup Rd. Friday check-in and meeting for doubles will be at the Ponderosa
Lodge. Check-in from 4-7 PM and doubles at 4:30. Sat check-in and breakfast will be at the dining hall starting
at 7:30. Parking for the weekend will be at the Ponderosa Lodge with carpooling out to the course for rounds.
Please do not drive out to the course without a full vehicle. Except for meetings at breakfast, the Ponderosa Lodge
will be tournament central.
Festival attendance is part of your player's package. However, you MUST have
vouchers and/or vehicle passes for attendance, breakfast, lodging, anything included or paid for through the tournament
and we reccommend that you keep these with you. The camp will be full and staff will be checking to make sure
you are supposed to be there. Any guests must be registered with us and they will need to pay for any meals or
lodging and the festival. We may have some extra festival vouchers for guests at a discounted rate.
Beer
will be available on the grounds, but no drinking is allowed during the rounds. Alcohol, drugs or smoking (fire hazards!)
on the course is grounds for disqualification. We also have a beer sponsor, but you must be 21. If you are underage
and caught drinking at ANY time you will be disqualified and need to leave the property. Remember, this is private rpoperty
and they have their rules which need to be followed for us to use this awesome course.
